TERRAM TOKEN · FAQ

Clear answers. Verifiable facts.

Market conditions and on-chain state can change. Check the current token mint, execution route and risk disclosures before acting.

What is TerraM Token?

TerraM Token is a Solana digital asset associated with an options-driven treasury framework. Holding it does not establish equity, an ownership claim on assets, a redemption right or an entitlement to trading profits.

Is TerraM a DeFi token?

TerraM is issued on Solana and may trade through decentralized liquidity pools. The company-managed treasury is not represented here as decentralized or tokenholder-governed.

Where can I buy TerraM?

The site provides a verified Raydium route and may link to Jupiter when an executable route is available. Other compatible Solana venues may route through underlying liquidity; availability and execution must be checked at the time of trade.

Can I sell TerraM at market price?

A holder may be able to sell through a compatible DEX when adequate liquidity and an executable route exist. The final price can differ from a displayed price because of price impact, slippage, fees and changing liquidity. A sale is not guaranteed.

Why does selling a large amount cause slippage or price impact?

Price impact is the change a trade itself causes in a liquidity pool. Slippage is the difference between an expected price and execution. For example, a larger order can move pool balances enough that the later portion executes at a lower price; a tight slippage setting may then cause the transaction to fail rather than accept that result.

Can I buy or sell through Jupiter?

Jupiter may find a route using underlying Solana liquidity, but it does not automatically create additional liquidity. Use it only when it presents an executable route to the complete verified TerraM mint.

What is OTC trading?

OTC is a direct transaction at an agreed price rather than a trade through an automated liquidity pool. It is subject to availability, approval, eligibility review and a separately accepted firm quote.

What is the OTC minimum purchase?

The proposed minimum is $1,000 per transaction, subject to availability and approval.

Is OTC always executed at the Raydium price?

No. A market price can be a reference, while the binding transaction price is established only by an accepted firm quote.

Can OTC orders move the Raydium market price?

A direct bilateral token transfer does not itself execute a Raydium pool trade. Subsequent hedging, inventory acquisition or buyer selling may still affect market prices.

Does an OTC purchase fund options trading?

Only where the seller is the authorized treasury and proceeds are received and allocated accordingly. Secondary-market trades do not automatically transfer funds to the treasury.

How does the options treasury work?

The framework may involve realized net options results involving ETH, BTC, SOL and other eligible cryptocurrency derivatives. Cycles can be profitable or losing. Eligible realized net profits may be allocated among token buybacks, decentralized liquidity provision and retained treasury capital, subject to policy and decisions.

Does TerraM always increase when trading makes money?

No. Treasury profitability does not guarantee token price appreciation. Market activity and available liquidity determine price.

Are token buybacks guaranteed?

No. Buybacks depend on realized performance, treasury policy, available funds and execution decisions.

Does TerraM pay dividends?

No dividend, profit-distribution, income, ownership or redemption right is established by holding the token.

Can TerraM lose its value?

Yes. Risks include market volatility, limited liquidity, price impact, operational and trading losses, counterparty risk, blockchain failures and regulatory change.
