TERRAM TOKEN · TREASURY

A framework, not a promise.

TerraM’s described treasury approach distinguishes possible allocations from completed, attributable on-chain operations.

How the framework is intended to work

Eligible proceeds from potential options activity may be considered for treasury reserves, token purchases and liquidity provision. Any allocation remains discretionary, subject to applicable decisions, relevant outcomes and market conditions.

Illustrative example — not a transaction report.
For $400 of hypothetical eligible net options premium, $100 could be allocated to token buybacks, $100 to liquidity provision and $200 could remain outside those allocations.

Buyback versus burn

A buyback purchases tokens at available market prices. A burn is a separate on-chain action that reduces supply. A buyback does not itself guarantee appreciation or reduce supply.

Liquidity provision

Liquidity provision can add TerraM and a paired asset to a decentralized pool. It may affect depth for a given transaction size, but cannot eliminate price impact, divergence loss, smart-contract risk or market risk.

Evidence standard

No treasury transaction is represented here without an attributable wallet, transaction signature, timestamp, assets and amounts. In the absence of that complete evidence, a mechanism remains proposed or unverified rather than completed.
